Use on laptop, iPad, or phone
When this folder is hosted on HTTPS, you can install it like an app. On iPad/iPhone: open it in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. After the first successful visit, the app is cached for offline use.
Privacy: spreadsheet data and generated PDFs are processed in your browser. This app does not upload participant information to a server.

Accepted: .xlsx or .csv. For Google Sheets, download the sheet as Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) or CSV first.

3. Generate completed PDF
The generator creates a two-page Heartsaver form for each set of up to 10 participants. Spreadsheet values are printed into page 2 and flattened for reliable printing.

Saving on iPad/iPhone: use Share / Save PDF and choose Save to Files. On a laptop, use DOWNLOAD PDF FILE. If a browser blocks the download, open the PDF in this tab and use the PDF viewer's Save/Share control.

Google Sheets / Excel workflow
- Use your date-range sheet to produce the participants you want.
- Download that sheet as CSV (recommended on iPad) or .xlsx.
- Select the downloaded file above and generate the roster.
- Save the finished PDF. The generator makes one roster for each group of up to 10 participants.
Expected columns: Name, Email, and optionally Mailing Address/Telephone.
Date, Course, Lead Instructor, Instructor ID, and Complete/Incomplete are intentionally not imported and remain blank on the generated form.
